My House is in centre, but in a quiet street, in few minutes you are in square, on the beach, on the port and on bus stop. The house leaves aghast because is much more beautiful live than in pictures! This is a great satisfaction for me. Crossed the road,you can get a ferry-boat or hydrofoil to visit the isles of Capri and Procida that are not very far from Ischia or,if you want,you can organize a visit to Pompei (the famous archeologic place). 3 bedrooms with air conditioning The space About one hundred and fifty metres from Piazza Marina,the heart of the Municipality of Casamicciola Terme,is situated the “Villino dei Fiori”, ancient building with view on the port of Casamicciola Terme. Built with “Benevento “technique after the earthquake that destroyed Casamicciola in 1883,with the inside recently restored,consists of two floors. On the ground floor there is a wide area with a kitchen with fridge,electric oven,washing-machine and TV, Kettle. A little bathroom for guest with Wc and washbasin. It is connected to a panoramic terrace with a splendid view of the port of Casamicciola. On the first floor two bedrooms with private bathroom. The pink room with a pink bathroom and the blue room with a blue bathroom,both double,include a T.V. and air conditioning. Rooms very spacious. For the youngest will be a pleasure to sleep in the "happy days" room, where the colors are serve a master, with a big double bed. The space is the master, wide and shining rooms. It is not necessary to have a car to enjoy your holiday because soon after arranging your belongings and luggages , it is very easy to get the center of Casamicciola on foot (only 5 minutes walk) In the centre there is a chemist,a church,a tourist office(information),the Post Office,the bank with annected Bancomat,a Rent a car,a bar, restaurants and pubs ,and shops of every kind. On the right and on the left of the port there are little beaches where is possible to swim and have sun bathes or, if you want,there is a much more elegant place on one of the cliffs. In August,very after,is possible to listen concerts of famous artists organized by the municipality of Casamicciola Terme in the area nearby the port called ”Piazzale dell’Ancora”. But if you want relax and listen to music,you can listen concerts from the terrace of Villino dei Fiori(it is not far). As you can see there are different possibilities to have fun during your story,but if you are also interested in thermal baths,massages,etc ,you don’t forget that Casamicciola and in particular the area of ”Piazza Bagni” is famous with its so many places(Hotels)so you can combine arrangement and look after your body. If you need a bus,it is very easy,because from Piazza Marina you can get the local line of buses(EAVBUS)on the right direction to Ischia, where is possible to find the thermal park Castiglione, or, going to the left, to Lacco Ameno where you can find the thermal park “Negombo”or, if you want,going on to Forio where is the thermal park”Poseidon”(famous all over the world). In the end we can only say :”Have a nice holiday at Villino dei Fiori!” Transfert and a little breakfast, only for the first day.(Coffe,milk, brioche, jam,fruith juices, wine, yoghurt).
