Samson's Whitetail Mountain Lakeside Cabin

The rustic lakeside cabin has two loft bedrooms upstairs, one lower bedroom, amazing views of our private lake and an assortment of animals (deer, axis, fallow, elk) that roam freely on the gated property. Enjoy fishing or lounging around the lake. Plan a trip to Garden of the Gods, Jackson Falls, Tunnel Hill Trail or Shawnee National Forest finishing the evening roasting hotdogs around the fire. *No parties or events allowed during your stay. The space The Lakeside Cabin is 3 bedroom, 1 full bathroom. Kitchen and living room. There is WiFi in the cabin as well as Roku Tv. The cabin is heated by a wall heating unit one electric and other propane. We also have space heaters available in the cabin if needed. Cabin includes a back porch that over looks the lake, as well as access to a large community dock to fish from. The cabin also has a BBQ grill, fire pit, outside seating are provided as well as firewood. Please do not walk in the woods stay on the gravel roads, you are welcome to walk around the lake. Guest access Guests may fish the lake, and view wildlife on the surrounding deck. Walk on gravel roads only, please don't wonder to far from your units. (All required Illinois fishing license/permits are guest responsibility and are required. Samson's Mountain and its employees are not responsible) Other things to note PLEASE READ ENTIRE LISTING AND ALL RULES AND POLICIES THOROUGHLY BEFORE BOOKING. ALL CORRESPONDENCE MUST BE DONE THROUGH AIRBNB. WE WILL ANSWER MESSAGES AS QUICKLY AS WE POSSIBLY CAN. Housekeeping includes departure clean ONLY. Linens and bath towels are included and are not to be taken from the unit. An initial setup of trash liners & bathroom paper is provided. Additional items needed are the responsibility of the guest. No compensation will be given for temporary outage of electricity, gas, water, internet, etc. Outages are to be reported immediately and all efforts will be made to have them restored as soon as possible. The operation and maintenance of these utilities is out of the control of Samson's Mountain/Jerry Stafford and his employees. Please return cabin the way you found it. Party Policy- No parties allowed during your stay. No additional guests are allowed unless we are notified. The person whose card is on file will be responsible for any and all damage to the property or stolen items. Violation of these rules will result in additional fees and you will be asked to leave the premises, and no refund will be given.
