Rental unit in Edinburgh

This is a large A-listed tenement flat in Newington, within walking distance of Edinburgh University (and five minutes from the Pollock Halls), the vibrant city centre, Queen’s Park and the Meadows. We offer a double bedroom called the Red Room because of its decor. This is a stylish space which makes an ideal base from which to explore my favourite city. It suits a couple. The surrounding area has many charming individual shops, plenty of bars, cafes and restaurants. The space This Red Room was recently refurbished and has, amongst other things, a quirky 'miniature garden'. You will find the room full of thoughtful decorative touches to help make your stay that bit more enjoyable. There is a huge hall, boasting a beautifully carved and upholstered bench, which is almost sitting room. We also have a bright huge dining kitchen with all the modern amenities you would expect. This room has USB charging points in one of the power sockets, a kettle, water jar and ear plus. There is a selection of tea, coffee, hot chocolate, sugar and biscuits. We also provide tea cups and mugs. There is plenty of room to hang your clothes and we also provide shampoos, conditioner, and shower gel to sample. Guest access Your room, kitchen, hall, bathroom and toilet. During your stay Your host, Natalia, will normally greet you in person. We are on site during your stay. If you have any issues or you would like some tips for your visit, we will usually be in hand to help. We want to make sure that you have everything you need for your stay. Please feel free to make contact with us at any time when you are out and about during your visit. Other things to note Access after 3pm (unless by prior arrangement). Check-out is 11am at the latest. There is a self-check in system available after 10:00 pm. Before your arrival day, there will be instructions on how to get your room. If you require additional cleaning/ linens during your stay for a fee, please contact us. Also note that we charge £50 for each set of lost keys. For security purposes, there may be an additional cost to replace the locks. So, please keep your keys safe. If any object in the home is damaged by you, there will be a surcharge according to Airbnb rules.
