Peregian Golf retreat

A self-contained one-bedroom unit, located in Peregian Springs, only a two-minute drive to the Sunshine Coast Motorway and a quick drive to Noosa, Coolum and the Sunshine Coast airport. The self-contained unit is well equipped and has free Wi-Fi, ducted A/C, parking and private access. The kitchen, living area and bedroom open onto a deck overlooking the beautiful Peregian Springs golf course. Many complimentary items will help you truly feel pampered while you enjoy your stay. The space The self-contained unut is roomy, sunny and is equipped with everything you will need including a TV with basic Foxtel channels and if necessary – a small study if you need to get some work done. The kitchenette has all the necessary cutlery, together with a microwave, a fridge, kettle, toaster, small convection oven and a plug in table top double plated stove top. Unfortunately no dishwasher. The bedroom, with a comfortable super king bed has a large walk in robe, an en-suite with a double shower, double basins, towels, and a hair dryer. Please note, this is not a free standing home, it is a separate ‘wing’ to our home. Guest access This lovely self-contained unit is attached to the main house. It has a private entrance via the side of the house with it's own front door. Other things to note We have 2 small dogs, who will be visible through the side gate (locked) that separate the self-contained unit from the main dwelling. The unit and the main dwelling share the wheelie bins, collection day is on a Monday. The garage is off limits; however, you are welcome to park your car in the driveway in front of the single garage. Apologies, but we do not take bookings with pets accompanying guests.
