The property with its 450 m² of living space and an almost paradisiacal, secluded garden of approx. 800 m² with a pool has been extensively renovated and modernized and converted into a small apartment house with 5 apartments. The space The apartment 04 on the 1st floor consists of a living room with double bed (width 160 cm) and sofa, closet, a kitchenette with four-plate gas stove, microwave and refrigerator, and a large bathroom with bath, toilet and bidet. Sat. TV and air conditioning (cold + warm) are available. In the garden and pool area shared with the other four apartments, separate seating arrangements are available for each apartment. It should be noted that the house as well as the garden and pool area are not designed for toddlers. Therefore, for security and liability reasons, only bookings with children of school age can be accepted.
