The Beach Oasis | Dune is a luxurious apartment positioned directly across the road from Casuarina beach. There are 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an open plan lounge, kitchen, dining area, washer dryer and a spacious balcony perfect for watching the sunrise or having a few sundowners with your guests. The complex itself has a lap pool, BBQ and gym. The Dune is perfect for a family getaway, staycation or even as a 'work from home' alternative and what’s more, your furry friend is welcome too! Guest access All common areas are available to guests - swimming pool, BBQ and gym. Please note that though the apartment is pet friendly, animals are not permitted in the common areas. Other things to note Changes to the Strata policy re: Pets We have been advised that we need to apply to the Board for permission for each pet to stay. Information required is vaccination records, microchip number, dog breed etc. Approval takes 5 working business days. If this is something you would like to do, please get in touch with me so that I can send you the form to complete and then action it from my end on your behalf.
