Guest access Private unit To ensure guest safety and protect the property, this property is equipped with outdoor security cameras. The cameras are mounted on the front porch and side of building and covers the entry areas. Other things to note We have other Airbnb’s on the property we just ask that you be respectful of the other tenants. We pride ourselves in offering high quality bedding and linens. We get many compliments about the comfort of our beds and bedding. We ask that guests do not strip the beds. Viewing the linens after a guest departs and before washing provides us with the opportunity to address any accidental spotting that may have occurred during a guest's stay. Should we be unable to remove any stains or there be discoloration due to makeup and/or facial creams, guests will be charged a fee according to our replacement cost. Guests should be advised that bloodied towels and linens are considered a biohazard by Federal Law and must be disposed of in accordance with OSHA regulations. Therefore, guests will be assessed a replacement fee for any bloodied towels and/or linens.
