Retro house in the center of Kuhmo, in the middle of the idyllic Pajakka rapids and the Tuupala Museum. The house is surrounded by a private yard and a large terrace in front of the house facing the sun. Living room, bedroom, kitchen, fireplace room and private sauna, washing machine. (Garage + end is not included in the rental.) The base price of the house is for 1-2 guests. Extra bed (living room and/or fireplace room) is 25€/night/person. = 4 beds. Pets €20 surcharge/accommodation (short time). Come and enjoy your own peace just 1 km from the city center. The space The house is located near the center of Kuhmo, in the middle of the museum, library and rapids, on a quiet residential street. The street ends in the forest behind the rapids. Pajakka rapids is a popular fishing spot. 100m to the museum. Behind the museum is the new Tuupala wood school (children's playground and sports facilities in the yard). Library and church nearby (good swimming spot for swimmers on the library beach). Kuhmo House is about 1 km away. Excellent location for those coming to Sommelon and Chamber Music. Also a peaceful resting and sauna place for those passing by the city. Kuhmo has excellent berry picking, fishing, hiking and forestry terrains. For those traveling alone, the price is negotiable. We can also negotiate the price for those coming for a longer period. Guest access Parking space in front of the terrace of the house or in front of the garage (so that there is space between the car and the garage). The Tervapolku trail starts at the Tuupala Museum and ends in the woods, from where the trail leads to the Pajakka rapids. A quiet street with over 10 detached houses. Other things to note The house has beds for four. The double bed is in the bedroom + 2 single beds are located in the living room and the other in the fireplace room. (Beds can be moved if desired). If you have a pet with you, do not let it into the bedroom to keep the sleeping area free of animal dander. It is also advisable to keep sofas, armchairs and beds "animal-free" for future guests.
