Spacious, Rural, South Facing Cottage

This spacious one level cottage lies in the peaceful Coly Valley amid high hills in the heart of the East Devon countryside yet near the Jurassic coast on a working dairy farm. Just a short distance from the A30/A303 and A35, perfect for exploring the local attractions. We are currently open for contractors. The space The cottage is fully furnished to a high standard, with a log burner and all rooms have Geothermal underfloor heating, original beams throughout. The cottage sleeps up to 8 people plus a cot, including a double sofa bed in its own curtained area of the lounge. Two bedrooms are en-suite and there is an extra bathroom off the hallway. This cottage has a large patio area, shared lawn area, outside tennis court and well equipped games barn including a full size snooker table, table football, table tennis, skittles plus a small gym area. A few ride on toys for little ones. During Mid to High Season only weekly breaks and changeover is a Saturday, part breaks out of season.
