Boutique Studio - Quiet Suburb near Crystal Palace

Our Boutique Studio is in a quiet South London suburb, close to woodlands and gardening allotments. You will love the easy access to parks and nature. A 10min walk uphill gets you to our closest local bus stop. This workout will really get you going for the day! Regular buses take you south to Crystal Palace (15mins), and north to West Norwood (6mins). It takes about an hour to get to the excitement of Central London. Retreat back to the Studio when you’ve had enough of the city bustle. The space The Boutique Studio adjoins our house, and has sound proofing which almost completely eliminates all noise between the two spaces. It has underfloor heating, full black-out blinds, shutters and a very comfy bed. Your private entrance is accessible from the side road, using a gate-code. There is a wardrobe, 3 under bed drawers and separate ceiling storage for longer stays. The fully equipped kitchen contains a dishwasher, induction hob, fridge, oven and washing machine. You can dry clothes on the drying rack in the ceiling, using a dehumidifier to speed the drying process. The smart TV can access all the regular channels with Apple, Netflix and Amazon Prime as well. Although the sound-proofing is fairly effective, we cannot guarantee a completely silent space at all times of day and night. There may be sounds of normal home-life, probably laughter here and there, or maybe muffled music from our library of tasteful tunes. We strive for clear communication, and appreciate your honesty so we can deal with any issues swiftly. We encourage monthly cleaning for longer stays, and are happy to organise this on your behalf. A mid-stay clean costs £45. Guest access The whole Boutique Studio is yours for your stay with a small patio, table and two chairs for alfresco dining, should the unreliable English weather allow. Other things to note Bins are collected on a Thursday morning. Please have all rubbish in the correct bins at the front of the house on a Wednesday night. The main road gets busy at 8.30am and 3pm with parents dropping off their kids at the school opposite, but they are all on foot, as only residents cars are allowed. We have a lovely garden and like to spend time in it in the summer. We try to be respectful of our guests and keep noise to a minimum. We also really enjoy the opportunity to socialise and get to know our visitors where possible.
