You have your own large private gardens and BBQ seating area, a great getaway to reunite with old friends, family or be inspired for future projects in peace. The space The place is quite unique in the area as its surrounded by trees, a private and relaxing farm to enjoy your time, even has a Cubby/play house for the kids. You'll have the entire property for yourself. Fully equipped kitchen to cook fresh meals and an automatic coffee maker to serve you fresh coffee in the morning. The house is only 5 minutes drive from the Broadford Motorcycle race track and the town with local supermarket, post office, restaurants etc, a golf course in town and the Tallarook ranges. Only an hour drive from the CBD and 45min from airport. Guest access you will have full access to entire 5 acres except the workshop (shed), so please avoid going inside. Break in will be reported to police and deposit lost. You can move chairs around property, but return them to their original place. Other things to note Parties and drug users will be reported to police, deposit lost and property tested for methamphetamine if suspected of misconduct. For hygienic reasons pets are not permitted inside the house under any circumstances (There are cameras outside and if pets found inside there will be $250 disinfection fee). However you may keep them in the small garage where the toilet is located, it's enclosed and safe for pets. You can also keep pets in the main yard as the smaller area around the house is fenced and can contain them. Keep gates closed so they don't get lost.
