It is situated in a quiet corner of the Scottish Borders on an organic farm. It has a comfortable sitting room/dining room , sofa and chairs beside the wood burner and a round rose wood table to enjoy meals sourced from the wonderful butchers and fish shop in Kelso. The hemmel arch window allows the morning sun to bathe the sitting room/dining room in light. Starry skies are a delight also. The kitchen is well equipped and has a door onto the patio where you can relax on the new recliners and light up the barbeque and enjoy a magical view. One field away is the Eden water perfect for relaxing by, paddling, fishing and birdwatching.
