Nearby are the Olympic facilities, Sochi Park, many restaurants, cafes and canteens, two new chain stores. There is a public transport stop nearby. It is spacious, there is little traffic, clean air, beautiful cottage villages. The beach here is very wide, there are no breakwaters. The sea is very clean and the pebbles that cover the beach are quite diverse. In some parts of the beach, it has completely turned into gray sand. An experienced driver in a comfortable Toyota Estima minivan will meet you at the airport or at the railway station and take you to the apartment. There are 6 passenger seats. There is a car seat and booster for small passengers. A shuttle service is available upon request for an extra fee. Individual tours to Sochi, Krasnaya Polyana and Abkhazia are possible. Parking: there are several parking spaces near the house, but there is no possibility to book parking. Along the road (65 let Pobedy street) you can always find a place for a car. Other things to note The apartment is on the 1st floor, there is no balcony. The window overlooks the garden and courtyard of the neighboring cottage.
