Spacious loft, ensuite, very private quiet area.

Equipped with Queen bed, TV, free WiFi, en suite. The kitchen has convection microwave & induction hotplate. There is a BBQ in local park. 5 chickens. We have an off street parking and unlimited street parking. It is a great quiet space to study and an ideal base for tourist activities. Just 10 min walk to the bus station and another 10mins on the transit bus to the Monash University or 25min train ride to Melbourne CBD. Huntingdale Rd has a great variety of cafe's and eating places. The space The loft is a environmentally friendly place with harvested rain water for the toilet. We are 70% solar powered. The loft is totally independent of the house. Guests do not enter the house to access the loft space. Close by are great walks along Gardeners Creek about 35kms long with unique flora and fauna. Lots of birds, Cockatoos, Galahs, Crow's and Swallows. Guest access We have a small washine machine installed in the ensuite. It takes 2 kilograms , follow the reccomendations.
