Guest access Guests have access to the whole house and grounds except one locked owner's closet. Other things to note Maximum occupancy - 6 persons overnight. 10 persons daytime. Overnight parking limited to 3 cars by Palm Springs Vacation Ordinance Rules. PETS: Maximum of 2 approved dogs (breed(s) and age(s) must be provided) subject to owners approval. Other animals will be considered. An additional $50 PET CLEANING FEE (subject to city tax and fee) will be added to the reservation. This is a NON-SMOKING property (inside home). There will be a $500 charge for vaping/smoking indoors. Use of the heated spa is included in the rental rate. Optional pool Heating (to 85 degrees) available - $75/night (3 night minimum) or $475/week (7 nights) Primary renter must be 25 years of age or older. Reservations must be finalized with a signed Rental Agreement and signed Rental Waiver. We are required by Palm Springs Ordinance to have a copy of the primary renter's photo ID (driver's license or passport) and license plates for all overnight vehicles. NO PARTY house - located in a quiet residential neighborhood. No outside amplified sound (music or otherwise) is permitted and other sound must not be loud enough to be heard past the property line at any times. CIty-wide Palm Springs Quiet Time is 10 pm to 10 am. City Citations for Noise, Occupancy or other Vacation Rental violations start at $500. Receipt of a citation during your stay will result in immediate eviction without refund. Rentals 28 days or longer pay actual gas and electric/solar utility fees but are exempt from city taxes and fees. Stays two months or longer will be required to have additional cleaning (approximately every 30 days). These will be scheduled at a mutually convenient time and at a reduced rate of $80/visit.
