Welcome to our FICHTE45! The Airbnb apartment is located in a renovated industrial hall in the Nuremberg district of Rennweg. We ourselves have our architectural office in the former carpentry shop and wanted to create a beautiful retreat for Nuremberg visitors with the Airbnb apartment on the first floor. In addition to the Airbnb apartment, FICHTE45 has offices, seminar rooms and co-working spaces for local companies. So you will be staying in a very special atmosphere! The space The apartment has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a kitchen with a counter. If the weather is nice, you are welcome to use our terrace with a large dining area in the courtyard. The bedrooms are each equipped with a large double bed (1.60 m or 1.40 m), a desk and a wardrobe. One of the bathrooms is directly accessible from the bedroom, the other from the hallway.
