Description
Clutterbuck House was built in 1580 by Richard Clutterbuck a wealthy wool merchant . We brought the house 11 years ago as a wreck and renovated it so we now have 3 letting rooms all with ensuite bathrooms, we have 4 rescue dogs and welcome all animals The space In keeping with it's age we have taken great care in furnishing the rooms with antique furniture and interesting curios. All rooms are equipped with a microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, TV , DVD player ( I have a large selection of DVD's) and of course WIFI. Breakfast includes cereal, muffins, oj, fruit etc etc ...you will not be leaving hungry !! The house is on 3 levels, ground floor 1st floor and 2 floor. On the ground floor is our living space, on the 1st floor is a letting room which is a double with a private bathroom (blue room in pic) and our bedroom, upstairs is a large double and a twin (both ensuite) with a small sitting room between. I also have 3 pull out beds if there are extra children. Guest access During the warmer months you are welcome to use the summer house and the table and chairs in the garden should you wish to eat alfresco . There is also a sitting room on the top floor of the house for guests to use. During your stay Upon arrival you are given keys enabling you to come and go as you please.
