On your right, windows reveal a bright indoor pool, accessible through a door with a high latch for added safety. Go a little further and you will discover the majestic master bedroom. It offers privileged access to the master bathroom and is furnished with a king size bed and a comfortable queen size sofa bed. A perfect fusion of rustic and modern, the living and dining room come together to create a large and warm space. The room is enhanced by the presence of a fireplace, bringing an atmosphere of conviviality that will envelop you. To further enhance the experience, a premium audio system is available. The latter broadcasts an enveloping surround sound that adds an extraordinary sound dimension to the entire space. Whether it's a peaceful evening bathed in the soft glow of fire under the caribou chandelier, or a lively evening with friends, this premium audio system will intensify every moment, breathing life and vibrancy into the atmosphere of your evening. Immerse yourself in the elegance of our modern, fully-equipped kitchen, designed to satisfy even the most discerning chefs. Every detail has been carefully thought out, from the double oven to the stove, to the refrigerator with a water and ice dispenser. For additional storage capacity, a second refrigerator is also available in the basement. And for those who like to entertain with a touch of tradition, we've also provided two raclette sets and three fondue sets. This kitchen is more than just a place to prepare meals; it's a space where unforgettable memories are created. The large dining room table can accommodate 10 to 12 guests. An additional set of folding tables and chairs is also available to guests. Upstairs, a mezzanine hosts a pool table and offers breathtaking views of Montreal lit up at dusk. A mini-fridge is available to keep your refreshments at hand. The second bedroom offers optimal privacy with its private bathroom complete with a whirlpool bath. It is furnished with a queen size bed downstairs and a double bed upstairs. This room also has a large walk-in closet, transformed into a charming small children's room with a single bed. The third bedroom, spacious and well decorated, has a private bathroom and two queen beds side by side. The fourth bedroom is in the basement. This versatile space can be used as a living room or bedroom thanks to its wall bed. The garage has been brilliantly converted into a large industrial-style games room, equipped with a bar, ping pong table, foosball table and poker table. The pool is maintained at a constant temperature of 92°F (33°C). A maintenance service comes 2-3 times a week for the hot tub and pool. We provide about 25 logs of wood for the fireplace, so you can enjoy warm moments by the fireplace. Guest access Just a two-minute drive away, you can enjoy a dock and a small private beach, shared with other nearby cottages and residences. For your enjoyment, we also have two kayaks available. Feel free to cool off in the calm waters of Lac Guindon, a true invitation to relax and escape. Other things to note The person responsible for booking must be 25 years old or older.
