The appartment is fully equipped and has one bedroom with Queen size bed and a living room with a convertible couch/bed (on which one to 2 additional persons can sleep). Both the bedroom and living room have access to the balcony. The bathroom contains a bath tub with possibility to shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, cooker, microwave oven, oven & all necessary kitchen equipment as well as a washing machine. Plenty of storage space for clothes and bags. Some rules : • Please take off your shoes when you enter the apartment. • You are responsible of your children in the apartment, in particular when it concerns the balcony. • The apartment is non smoking, however smokers can use the balcony if they want to smoke. • My prior consent must have been obtained by Airbnb e-mail in the specific case of inviting someone not initially planned in the booking. • The apartment is in a residence, please respect the neighborhood, and do not make any noise after 10 p.m. • Illegal downloading is not allowed (the user agrees to comply with French legislation). • Every time you leave the apartment, you are kindly asked to securely close doors and windows, to make sure to preserve the initial state of the apartment. • When not at home, please shut down all electronical apparels and lights, in order not to spoil energy. • Please inform me if any breakages or damages occur via Airbnb message and by phone. Any breakages or damage, will be refunded or will be deducted from the guarantee payment. • For your convenience, the accommodation is for maximum 3 people (all ages). The person who books with his Airbnb profile does so on his own account and on his own behalf. The person having booked must be part of the trip. In case of non compliance, the reservation will be canceled. • In case of emergency, you can contact me via the Airbnb platform. • In case of non respect of one of the above rules, or if the neighborhood is complaining, please note that I keep the right to end our mutual contract and exclude you immediately from the apartment.
