CITQ 302457 Chalet Le Cerf is located in Lanaudiere, 60 minutes from Montreal, Quebec, near the beautiful town of Chertsey. It is a new contemporary 2-storey chalet, with a large plot, a 4-season spa and a barbecue. Only 3 minutes walk from main access to the lake. Two paddle boards and two-seater kayak are at your disposal. Enjoy the beauty of nature in our cottage that offers all the comfort for our guests, as a private parking, free high speed Wi-Fi, AC, jaccuzzi, BBQ, etc. 15 min from the Provigo and 5 min from Atlantis Water Park, Zoo for children! Space: Chalet Le Cerf is a beautiful modern residence positioned near the picturesque shores of Lili lake. Located on the main floor is a master bedroom with a queen size bed and TV, a full size bathroom, kitchen and dining area, and a terrace with bbq. The dining room has large windows with an amazing forest view. In the downstaires floor, there is a large area with a flat screen TV (you may watch Netflix with your subscription) and a sofa, that can be transformed into a king size bed. It also has 2 bedrooms, one has a queen size bed, and the other has a 2 story bed. The chalet is child-friendly and equipped with a baby highchair, foldable playpen, a child easel chalkboard, and a child table. The downstairs restroom includes a washer, dryer, hairdryer, towels, bed linens, additionnal pillows, blanket etc. The kitchen provides a microwave, stove, dishwasher, oven, gas BBQ, fondue & raclette set, filter coffee machine, kettle and blender. Cofee filters, salt, pepper and oil are included. *Chalet’s 360° video tour is available* Outside: In the backyard you can enjoy a brand new spa for 6 people functional all year round, a fire pit with outdoor chairs, a 3 Person Patio Swing Canopy, a children's swing with a slide and a patio table set with 4 chairs. You will have an access to the Public dock in only 3 minutes walk. You can swim in the lake, but there is no beach. Two paddleboards are provided for your use ( if you bring the paddleboards to the lake, please, don’t forget to return them in chalet.)
