Check-in after 10:00 PM is possible, but please note that messages received after 10:00 PM may be responded to the next day. The area around the lodging is a very quiet residential area. As there are neighbors living nearby, please keep noise to a minimum around and inside the room after 8:00 PM. Please Check Before Booking If you cannot comply with the following, your reservation may be canceled, and no refund or compensation will be provided. Please be aware in advance. We perform non-contact verification of all guests staying. Please submit a photo of one of the following documents via Airbnb messaging by the day before check-in: Driver's license (front) Passport (photo page) *Must include a photo, full name, date of birth, and address. "Accommodation Agreement" This agreement is solely for lodging purposes. Business, sales, or any other use is prohibited. No refunds for cancellations made during the stay. The facility manager may enter the premises in case of emergencies, for hygiene reasons, or other necessary circumstances. Full compensation will be required for any damage to facilities or amenities discovered after check-out. Violation of house rules without improvement will result in a forced cancellation without any refund. (Staying Contract [English]) Need to write down, NAME / ADDRESS / OCCUPATION. This contract is for only home staying service. Business conduct is prohibited in my house. This contract is for staying two more night at least. I don’t pay back of the fee even if you want mid cancellation. If it need hygiene management or other operation, I can enter my house with guest agree. If we found some damage furniture and equipment, you must pay for it. If you broke the house rules, I’ll force to cancel your booking. In that case, I don’t pay back of the fee even. For children under junior high school age who do not have the above documents, a health insurance card and a legal guardian's identification document (driver's license, passport, etc.) can be substituted. There is no curfew after check-in; you may come and go as you please 24 hours a day. Please do not cause disturbances such as noise in the late night or early morning, littering around the building, or parking vehicles on the surrounding streets so as not to inconvenience neighbors. Lodging fees may vary during peak seasons, holidays, etc., so please check the Airbnb calendar in advance. Identity documents must be submitted by the day before. Self-check-in. For same-day bookings, please send photos of identification for all guests immediately after booking. We may not be able to provide towels for each guest on the same day of booking. Please purchase your consumables if they run out. One towel per person. There is no towel exchange service. If you need more, please purchase them yourself. There are no hangers. There is no space for drying laundry. Excessive use of electricity may cause the breaker to trip. Please cooperate with energy saving. Additional charges may apply for excessive use of electricity or water. The sofa may have more signs of wear than shown in the photos. Comfort cannot be guaranteed as it is subject to wear and tear. No smoking in the room. Please take off your shoes at the entrance. Please keep the room clean. Please wash dishes immediately after use. Please turn off the air conditioning and lights when going out. Parties in the room are prohibited. Please be as quiet as possible inside and around the building after 8 PM to avoid disturbing neighbors. Cleaning may not be completed by 4 PM check-in during busy periods such as same-day reservations, end-of-year, Christmas, and long holidays. Please understand in advance. Pets are not allowed. We may not be able to provide towels for each guest on the same day of booking. Please purchase your consumables if they run out. Responses after 5 PM may be handled the following morning after 9 AM. The facility is not a new construction. If you are sensitive, please refrain from booking. The room is on the 3rd floor. There is no elevator. Please use the stairs. The bedding in the room is all that is provided. Please prepare for the cold yourself. If you cannot understand the above conditions, we recommend considering other rooms.
