Property faces Northwest out onto the canal with beautiful sunsets. An easy stroll to Marsden Cove Marina, Cafes, Store and Markets you are not far from all you need. Opposite the home is a small safe beach perfect for the kids (access via walkway on Mariners Haven). There are plenty of toys, books and board games as well as Netflix, Disney and Neon accounts on the TV. Master Bedroom with Ensuite, King Bed Bedroom 1 Queen Bed Bedroom 2 Queen Bed Bedroom 3 King Single x 2 Garage (Carpeted) 2 Sets Bunk Beds (6 Singles) All linen and towels are provided and laundering of these included in the cleaning fee.
