At the rear of the property there is a large open plan living area which has underfloor heating throughout with bi-folding doors that open onto a huge decking area and garden with a kids play area. In the open planned area there is a high specification kitchen with a american style fridge freezer, wine cooler fridge, coffee machine, microwave, built-in dishwasher and oven. There is also a comfy sofa with a 40” smart TV with Netflix, and a dining table that seats six to eight. This leads into a downstairs cloakroom toilet and a utility room which has a washing machine and dryer. Upstairs is the master bedroom it has a luxurious king size bed and TV.
