The unit also contains a kitchen and one bathroom. The living room contains one sofa bed. The carpark is free of charge, a short walk away from the accommodation. We will advise you if access arrangements ahead of your arrival. There are loading bays right outside to help with (off)loading on arrival/ departure. Guest access All areas of the apartment that you are allocated will be available to you. A member of our team will send you the front door access code and then provide you with the apartment lockbox code to gain access. Other things to note Please note we require a £50pp security deposit (minimum £100). This is £100pp if paid by cash. We reserve the right to increase this if we feel it being necessary. The security deposit is typically done by card pre authorisation. As stated above, if you would prefer to pay cash you can at our office.
