Sabine and Jérôme welcome you to the old town of a small typical village of the Lot Valley, in the countryside, in their independent cottage, located a stone's throw from Saint Cirq Lapopie, between Rocamadour Figeac and Cahors, in the heart of the Causses du Quercy Regional Natural Park. The space This old barn, typical of Quercy, made of stone, away from all traffic, has been restored; you will find the charm of the old with the comfort inviting you to relaxation, rest and tranquility. You will have a shaded terrace at the top of the stairs, as well as a private garden and a parking space. You will be completely autonomous but we are present if necessary, our house is located in the same hamlet. Accommodation capacity: 4 people Entering from the terrace shaded by a wisteria, you will find the fitted kitchen, the living room (dining/living room) with its fireplace. Upstairs, 2 bedrooms, one with 1 140 cm bed and the second equipped with 2 90 cm beds. The bathroom and toilet (separate) are located between the two bedrooms. Activities: - In the village, the Château de Cénevières, listed as a historic monument. The owners have been guiding you through this family home for over 200 years. - The unmissable medieval village of Saint Cirq Lapopie is a 10-minute drive away. The towpath along the river between Saint Cirq and Bouziès. - The Pech Merle cave, in Cabrerets, 20 minutes by car. Total immersion in prehistory over 1 km of galleries adorned with 25,000-year-old cave paintings. - Lot markets to taste the local gastronomy: - Limogne-en-Quercy on Sunday mornings - Cajarc on Saturday afternoon - Figeac - Cahors - Lalbenque and its truffle market in season - with more or less significant gradients or mileage, let yourself be guided on the marked routes for hiking, biking, and horseback riding. - Let me also tempt you with climbing, canoeing, via Ferrata, caving.
