Located at Portuguese Beach in Sereno Del Mar, less than 10 minutes to Bodega Bay to the south and 25 minutes to the gateway to the Sonoma County Wine Country to the North. The space Comfortable 2 BR, 2 BA Home with Wall Bed, Wireless High Speed Internet, Blue Ray Player, Fireplace, Decks and Open Space. Sleeps 4-6. Only 3 steps up to the front door and you enter the Home into a sun room with a table for two, a beautiful coastal view, and a Full size pull-down wall bed. To the right is the entry to the main living area of the Home, a true Great Room with 360 degree wood-burning fireplace in the center. To the immediate Right is the Laundry room with Clothes Washer and Dryer. Straight ahead, through the dining area, is the fully equipped Kitchen with an electric range. Continuing to the right is a bathroom with tub, and then the 1st bedroom with Queen bed. Next is the large living room area with Large, flat Panel TV, and door going out to private Patio area with a table and chairs and BBQ. At the farthest end of the living room is a door to another sunroom featuring a beautiful deck with ocean and rolling pasture views. Continuing on is the master bedroom with Queen bed, sliding glass door to the front deck, and bathroom with walk-in Shower. This Home is truly an escape but with easy options to explore it all. *Garage not available for guest use* *California State Beaches are not dog friendly and include Bodega Dunes State Park, Colman Beach, Miwok Beach and Salmon Creek Beaches. All Sonoma County Beaches and Parks allow dogs. Guest access The entire home will only be occupied by the renting party. This home is not shared with other renters or the owners. There may be locked doors, cabinets, drawers that contain the property of the owners for when they use their homes. These areas are not to be disturbed.
