Welcome to my spacious townhouse that sleeps 8! You will love this 3 bedroom home that is just minutes from I-65-S and 25 minutes from downtown. Just 5 minutes from shopping and dining. Enjoy hiking at nearby Oak Mountain State Park and Moss Rock Preserve. The bedrooms include two king size beds and queen size bed. The den has a queen size futon. This is a two story townhouse located just south of Birmingham on the Pelham/Hoover/Helena line! This is a lovely two story town home just south of Birmingham. The home has a fully stocked kitchen, den with queen futon and half bath on the lower level. The living room is equipped with a smart tv that you can log on to your accounts such as ROKU, Amazon, Hulu, etc. and watch tv on the big sectional couch. The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking your own meals and a dining table for 6. Just inside the half bath you will find a full washer and dryer to do laundry. The den has a boho decorative vibe and has a queen size futon that sleeps two. Additional seating for eating can be found in the den at the lovely bistro table. Step just out the door to a deck with a table and chairs to enjoy your morning coffee. Upstairs you will find the first bedroom has a king size bed with an ensuite full bath. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and the third has another king size bed. There is one full bath in the hall a short step from the two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a desk for guests that need to do some work. It’s a super spacious townhouse. You won’t believe the room until you see it. It’s so comfy and a great value compared to hotel rooms! The home was built in 1979. It has many of the original features. My over one hundred five star reviews are from guests that appreciate an economical alternative for large groups to stay. I don’t boast of luxury fixtures. This is a clean and comfortable “home” that you can enjoy a space for your group with room to spread out, hang out, cook and wash clothes without breaking the bank. I’m close to Blue Water Park, Oak Mountain State Park and 10 miles from the Finley Center. I also host guests that want to go to Tuscaloosa for Alabama football games ( 1 hour drive) , Talladega Raceway (1 hour drive) and Barber Motorsports (37 minutes). You will have total access to everything in the home with the exception of the utility room outside and the storage attic. We typically allow guests to checkin on their own with the key pad. Great neighborhood that is family friendly! We are less than 5 minutes from the area YMCA and it has a huge pool. Day passes are available if you would like to swim or workout. We are convenient to shopping malls, parks, sporting facilities and concert venues. It's easy to get to Hwy 31 S, 65 S/N and interstate 459. If you have a car we can suggest where to go. Uber is available in our area. There are two parking spaces with this home. An additional car maybe parked on the street. No parties or loud music on the deck after 10:00 pm to be respectful of other home owners.
