Our coffee bar is stocked with K-cups for the Keurig, including 3 different coffee flavors and Milk Chocolate Hot Cocoa Mix. Along with original and French vanilla creamers, coffee straws and Togo cups. Wash your clothes while you are on travel, or before heading home, with the washer and dryer and provided detergent. Bathrooms have toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash) and hair dryers. Wifi and Roku smart TV's in all rooms with Roku so you can enjoy OUR streaming accounts which include Netflix and Hulu. Personal log in is not needed. We do not offer cable. If you have your additional streaming service, you can log in as well. Outdoor space has: Table and 6 chairs, 4 lawn chairs with firepit, and a Outdoor Gas grill Bring your critters!!! Dogs will enjoy the dog run in the backyard that holds its own gated enclosure with a dog house and water bowl, and rubber mulch for easy clean up. $100 per pet fee as more cleaning is involved. No keys to lose or to return! This property provides secure, keyless entry with a Smart Lock. You can lock and unlock the door with a personal entry code issued to you for the duration of your stay. Have a code you want to use? just let us know and we can program the lock for you, otherwise we will choose a unique 4 digit code just for you. As the Host I am well rounded with Waco and things to do in the area. I have lived in the area my entire life. Any and all questions you could have, can be answered quickly by texting or messaging myself. Always a short distance away to help with any special needs. Friendly, Waco subdivision. Neighborhood houses single family homes with family’s all of kinds. During your stay you will see people walking, and riding bikes or scooters throughout the neighborhood. Personal transportation is highly recommended. While visiting the downtown/Magnolia area, it would be easiest to park and take the shuttle provided by the city. Waco itself is very car friendly. One could get across the entire city in 20 minutes or less.
