Its a cozy space with off street parking for up to 4 cars, 5 with the garage, very unique for Summit county. My townhouse has an open floor plan and sleeping for plenty of people. I have lots of games, a smart tv in the living room with access to Netflix, HULU and Amazon, Bose Soundtouch systems in garage, kitchen and master bedroom. Think about how great it will be to finish up your busy day of outdoor activities basking in the hot tub for 5. Guest access They will have access to the whole condo and yard, I keep most of the maintenance and personal items in a storage room beyond the Master Bedroom and the garage is available to park a car in but has my tools for repair, maintenance and seasonal prep. If there is anything they need it is available but please leave it after you depart. Other things to note There is a fire pit in the yard and they are welcome to use it but please be mindful of the local fire restrictions if there are any. The hot tub is free to use, please make sure you put the top on and secure the latches after you are finished, sometimes the wind up here howls and its important to keep the top secure.
