The house is situated on a country lane, within a mile of Abersoch and the beach. It has stunning views over cardigan bay and Snowdonia. There is a large enclosed garden, with outdoor seating and dining for 8+ and a drive with ample parking (can easily fit 4+ cars) with fields on all sides. Ideal for families or walkers as we are an easy walk to the beach or coastal path. Dogs are welcome but not allowed on furniture. A cosy family home, not a luxury villa. Discounts for smaller groups. The space First floor: Four bedrooms 1 super king with single pull out bed (optional), 1 king , 2 doubles. Family bathroom with bath and shower. Shower is electric with unlimited hot water. Separate toilet. Ground floor: Kitchen dinner with fridge freezer, microwave, electric oven and 4 hobs, coffee machine, washing machine, farmhouse table for 8 and another small side table that can fold out to add extra seating. Sitting room with log burner, 2 large sofas can comfortably seat 8. There is fibre broadband throughout the property. Bed linen and towels are provided but not beach towels. This has been my family home for over 20 years, it’s a house that is over 100 years old with many imperfections, so by no means a luxury Villa.
