Welcome to this cosy, luxurious one bedroom traditional house located between the Windmills and Little Venice, exactly at the famous sunset spot! It sleeps up to 4 guests and is fully renovated. The bedroom has a comfortable double bed plus two single mattresses in the low ceiling open mezzanine and has an ensuite full bathroom. Tastefully equipped kitchen and living area with sofa-bed. Bed linen and towels will be provided according to the number of guests. Beach towels available upon request. Initial supplies of coffee and sugar, olive oil, salt, pepper etc, cleaning liquids, washing machine pods, kitchen and toilet rolls are provided. You will also find complimentary bottled water, fruit and a bottle of wine in the fridge :) Please contact us if you would like the house to be cleaned during your stay for an additional fee. A change of bed linen and towels can be arranged then too. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, cooker, kettle, toaster, espresso machine, cutlery, plates, glasses etc and everything you need to prepare a full meal and/or just breakfast. The house has two full bathrooms, both with toilets and showers and a hairdryer in each. Enjoy the Marshall speaker for your music. Please help to protect the planet by not wasting water and electricity, use A/C's only when you are at home, don't leave the taps running more than you need. Guest access The whole house is at your disposal, it is totally independent, with its own entrance. There is no designated parking space for this house, as with most houses in town. However there is the option for paying for parking just across the road. It costs 10E every time you enter. A free option is at the far side of the old port which is a 15 min walk away or at the pay parking places beyond Fabrika. You can try your luck at the Windmills too. From the airport or harbour, taxis are easy to find. Just ask for Alefkandra area or the Windmills in town. As you come down the steep hill/steps from the Windmills into town towards Little Venice, Casa Fiona is the first house on the right at the very bottom, with a grey door, next to the kiosk. There is a sign next to the front door 'Casa Fiona'.
