FEMALE 2nd Private Guestroom w/NO Cleaning Fee

Hello! My name is James and welcome to Indy! Located 12 minutes SW of downtown Indy and 10 minutes East of the Indianapolis Airport. Before you request to book: 1) I do not live here, but I visit from time to time. 2) My parents are NOT comfortable sharing the living space with male guests. I hope you can understand. 3) There is NO curfew for guests. You will have access to enter and leave at anytime. Just make sure to respect quiet hours Please scroll down for more info. The space One private bedroom + access to the home that is mentioned below in the section, "Guest access". Privacy is a top priority for guests. My parents room is located on the other opposite end of the home, with respect to the private bedrooms and living room. (FYI: Indianapolis is Eastern Standard Time) Private Room 1: • 1 Queen (always maintained with fresh sheets for each new guest) • 1 Night Stand • • 2 Drawers • 1 Closet (multiple hangers) • 1 Charging Station • 1 Mirror • 2 Windows Guest access You will have access to all of the following amenities/living space. There are some exceptions so please read carefully. • A/C & HEAT (The home is kept at a cold temperature of 75 in the summer and at warm temperature of 75 in the winter. If you need to adjust the temperature at a lower or higher setting, you may do so. Just make sure to change it back to 75 before you checkout. Thank you.) • • BATHROOM: Home holds 2 bathrooms, but only one has a bathtub and shower- head. Guess where that bathroom is located? It is located just several foot-steps from the private bedrooms and living room. Lucky you! Every time you take a shower, the door can be locked. TWO THINGS to NOTE: (1st: When guests are present, my parents will NOT occupy/share the main bathroom. - Wondering how they'll shower? They have another place to shower at.) (2nd: My parents do NOT flush toilet paper down the toilet. They have a trash bin to dispose of the toilet paper. Air freshener spray is available in the bathroom. - If you are uncomfortable with this, please let me know and I will see if I may be able to make an arrangement.) • DINING ROOM: When guests are present, my parents will NOT occupy this space. They may walk by from time to time, but that's about it. PLEASE NOTE: (There is a 5-tier shelving unit in the dining room. It is there for all guests pantry storage needs.) • FRONT and BACK YARD: Back yard is great for yoga and some privacy • HAIR DRYER • LIVING ROOM: When guests are present, my parents will NOT occupy this space. They may walk by from time to time, but that's about it. PLEASE NOTE: (We have a listing for guests to be able to sleep on the couch which converts into a bed. When any guest requests this option, the sharing of the living room will be limited to guests in private rooms 1 and 2. It will be up to the guest who occupies this space whether or not they will allow any other guest in the house to share the living room or not. Please be considerate of the guest who may occupy this space.) • PARKING SPACE • TV • WI-FI • YOGA MAT During your stay Since I don't live here, I will not be available in person. However, if you need help throughout your stay, I can be available by phone and messaging. If it's an emergency or of dear importance, then I can be available in person. Depending on the day of the week and when my parents get off work, they will be available to help you as well. ONLY if I'm available, can I be able to pick you up at the airport, bus station, etc. Whatever questions or concerns you may have during your stay, don't hesitate to ask Other things to note Bringing a guest? Just $5 more per night. Cleaning Fee? $0 (Just because there is no cleaning fee, does NOT mean that the home isn't clean. You best believe that my mother cleans her own home.) My parents have a cat that stays in the garage and outdoors. Let me know if you are allergic. My parents are religious and they keep religious portraits and statues throughout the house. My parents do NOT care what religion you profess and they will NOT preach to you. With that said, do NOT come into the home to chastise their religious portraits and statues. If this bothers you, please do not request to book.
