A beautiful historic home built in 1912 which will take you back in time. This home is located in the Banker's Hill area of San Diego. House and area is located between downtown and Hillcrest. Close to Balboa Park, the bay, beaches, and airport. The space Temporary lodging on 2nd floor for visitors to San Diego. A private room with a queen-size bed (medium firm). Built in closest. A small desk. Pool is available for use anytime until 10pm :) There is no hot tub. Along with central AC and heating, we also have portable heaters and extra blankets available for more warmth. Travel back in time as you relax in a home constructed in 1912. Period piece furniture through out gives you the feel of a simpler time and less hectic life. Relax pool side as or take a stroll around the block. This is one of the last true neighborhoods in San Diego. The neighborhood is quite but very close to city activities. Ten minute walk to Hillcrest or Balboa Park, Five minute drive to downtown or Little Italy. Guest access Your room and bath on second floor. All common areas of house on first floor. Front and backyard areas. Come and go as you please. Night lights are on throughout the house. No High heels in the house and it is greatly appreciate if you help us preserve the history. Free Street parking Other things to note I am an entrepreneur and a real estate broker. I also teach at SDSU MBA students. Due to my severe allergies, I am unable to host any animals unfortunately. No hidden fees or cleaning tasks at checkout. Please don't ask for late check-out🙏 Early check-in is possible sometimes if there is an early vacancy on the day.
