Northside Treasure is completely furnished, within easy distance-- car, bus, or walk- of downtown Pittsburgh, the sports complexes, and the casino. Free parking, on and off the street. This is a hidden gem in a peaceful neighborhood. This fully furnished modern home is located on a quiet side street. It overlooks a forested hillside that is home to a deer herd, with a southern-facing view of downtown east to west, and fabulous vistas all day, all night. There are three floors: The lower floor has a bedroom with its own bathroom, the main floor is an open plan living room, full kitchen, dining area,and powder room., the top floor has a guest bedroom with its bathroom and a main bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and a sitting room with a pullout couch. This is our home, which we vacate for guests. The entire house is available for your use. We are generally not around when guests arrive. One set of keys is in a lockbox. There is a second set in the garage. We are very accessible by phone or text. However if something comes up that requires in-person attention, our next-door neighbor (1862 Clayton) is available to assist.( Indeed, all of our neighbors are friendly and helpful.) Also, our daughter lives in the area, so if there is an immediate need, she can be of service as well. The view is great. It's close to museums and the ball parks and there are some great restaurants in the area. If you like to walk, it's about 45 minutes to PNC park on foot. There are bus stops along Perrysville Avenue to downtown. This is our home, which we live in when not being used by AirBnB guests.
