Nice and charming private house in a peacefull tropical garden with shared swimming-pool (shared), located behind Thong Sala in a quiet place. The land is composed with 7 enchanting houses in a nice and vast tropical garden with shared swimming-pool. Each houses has its own cosy decoration. Wifi Fast fiber optic 200M. Open equipped kitchen (fridge, micro-wave oven, gaz-stove, kettle, toaster, all needed to cook and serve). Living-room with fine furniture, HD TV (only for computer use - hdmi cable provided), fan (there is no AC in the living-room). Nice bedroom with King size bed, blackout curtains, AC, wardrobe. Western style bathroom with WC and separated shower (hot water). Fine terrasse with table and couch. Free WIFI Fast Fiber Optic 200M. Swimming-pool size is 8x4 meters. Next to all facilities, Thong Sala 5min walk from the house. 9min walk from beach. Please note that we only accept 2 persons maximum in our 1bedrooms houses. Guest access The whole property. Please note that the garden and swimming-pool are shared with other customers. Other things to note The electicity is included until a certain limit on a monthly basis of 1,800 THB (10 KW/h units per day). If the consuption is above this limit, the extra electricity will be at the charge of the guest, price per KW/h is 6 THB per unit. The electric counter will be checked at checkin and checkout for calculation. This is a quiet area, therefore, parties are NOT allowed in the house or allotment. Please be reasonable about noise. Please note, this is a house for rent and not hotel. At your arrival, house will be clean and prepared for your comfort with : - bathroom towels (2 big and 1 small) - amenities shampoo and shower gel - 2 rolls of toilet paper - A bottle of fresh water in the fridge - garbage bag To make your life easier, we added extras in the house : - a full detailed guide book with all the informations you might need during your stay - spare cleaning product - extra garbage bag - light bulbs We can provide you extra cleaning during your stay. Price is 600thb for the cleaning of the house and include the change of bed linens and towels. Please let us know at least 48h before. Due to our eco-friendly policy : - For a stay of 10 days, we will bring you clean towels to your doorstep on the 5th day. - For a stay of 15 days or more, we will bring you clean laundry (towels, bedsheets, floor rugs and tablecloth) every 7 days. Linens or towels will not be changed, if the change due date occurs the day before your departure date. Additional charges may apply if more frequent changes are needed: - bedsheets 200thb and towels 200thb. This is a tropical, rural zone, it is commun to see insects, lizards, geckos, frogs, chicken, dogs, cats….. please do not be scared or complain about them as they are all part of an ecosystem and we will not remove nor kill living animals as they were here before us and we need to respect them. Any problems or complaints that occur during the rental period should be discussed with us. We will rectify the situation to the best of our professional ability. We cannot be held liable for issues such as interruptions to water supply, electricity, Internet connection.
