This is a historic spacious 2 bedroomed ground floor apartment with free safe parking, quiet location just 2min walk into Belper and close to train station with cafes, restaurants & local shops, with very high ceilings there is a comfortable lounge/dining room 60"TV with Disney & Netflix, en-suite shower & large bathroom . The kitchen has everything you need cooker hob air fryer, microwave, dishwasher , washing machine & coffee machine. There is step free access from the car park to the front door if required , the area is lit at night and very safe and secure The car parking is excellent both in terms of being close by and we provide a parking permit to cover your stay, but its never very busy Other things to note We are local to the property and will help you in every way, if for example you need restaurant bookings recommendations please just ask The property has a Nest central heating system which is new and works really well and water is heated up overnight Therefore for groups of 4 people the shower is recommended The only other thing we ask, for clients safety do not move furniture around especially the glass dining table and the glass coffee table as they are glass and very heavy We really do want you to enjoy the apartment and keep coming back so if there is anything we can do to make your stay better we will always try to assist.
