It is an internal maisonette of 55m2 on the third and fourth floor of a block of flats. Ideal for families or small groups of friends. The balcony's roof of Dandy on the beach is retractable so you can have a straight view to the sun&sky with incredible sea view! The space As you entry at the Dandy Villas Nea Kallikratia Sew View Loft, there is a bedroom-romantic decoration-with a bed curtain above the bed, is combined perfectly with some exotic touches. Also there is a small balcony. In the same floor there is a bathroom with shower & an equipment kitchenette with anything you might need & feel like home. Upstairs, there is a small living room with a sofa bed, a fireplace and a mini fridge, a bathroom with a shower, a bedroom with a bunk bed and a beautiful balcony of 20 m2 full of colorful plants and a view to the sea. It contains a table with chairs, ideal for quiet nights in and an amazing hammock for those who want to enjoy their siesta or admire the night sky outdoors. The apartment has also A/C downstairs & upstairs. We provide bed linen and shower towels. HOUSE RULES: 1. There shall not be smoking inside the home. Extra cleaning fees to remove odor and stains may be applied. If you feel a need to smoke, you can use outdoor areas. 2. Please acknowledge that from occasionally, we may leave consumables such as condiments or snacks left behind by previous guests if they are not empty. We try our very best to ensure that it is not expired or stale. HOWEVER, ultimately, it is up to the guests' discretion and inspection to consume these items if they wish. The host does not take any responsibility for the consumables. 3. Please do not rearrange our furniture. 4. NO parties or events, no illegal activity or inappropriate anti-social behavior. 5. Please let us know immediately if something is malfunctioning so it can be rectified. However, all damages or missing items will need to be paid for by you before departure. 6. For fire prevention and safety - please do not leave any electrical appliances switched on when they are not in use, or when you are leaving for the day. This includes air conditioners, fans, hair straighteners and portable device chargers. 7. PLEASE NOTE: Children friendly DOES NOT MEAN the area is CHILD-PROOF. It is the responsibility of the guardian/parent to monitor their children's actions AT ALL TIMES. 8. Please keep the apartment secure and lock doors and windows when leaving the house. 9. Please be respectful of bed sheets and towels. Makeup/foundation, tanning products will stain or blench linen/towels. Please avoid using hand/bath towels with all skin products. 10. Please do not forget to switch off the button for hot water after use. (Notice: 10-15 minutes waiting time is more than enough to get the water hot) 11. Use carefully the remote control to open the roof of terrace. 12 .Quiet hours are between 15.00-17.00 pm. 13. The guests are kindly requested to leave their waste outdoors, only at specific waste bins. We respect the environment, by actively participating in recycling. Thank you and enjoy your stay.
