Cozy Rooftop Appartment + sunny Terrace

Welcome to a sunny rooftop apartment with a spacey living room plus terrace in a nice and quiet neighbourhood, perfectly situated to get anywhere in the city. Monthly bookings for July + August possible! The space You live on the top floor of a nice old viennese building. The appartement is modern but cozy. There is 1 bedroom with a double bed, a kitchen, spacious living room with futon (to sleep or hang out, watch tv) and a terrace. You have 2 bathrooms (one with tub, the other with toilet and shower). And there is WIFI of course :) You will find everything you need in the appartement. Me and my cat usually live there ourselves. If you like some company the cat can stay, or it can travel with. Just let me know. Also if you need some space in my cupboard. Just round the corner you'll find a nice little square to eat and drink. You can reach the 1. district for sightseeing oder Grinzing for some wine tasting directly with the tram.
