Overlooking the stunning Saint Anthony Valley, it promises a perfect escape for those seeking a relaxing holiday. Even better, it is conveniently located just a stone’s throw away from all the amenities, so you won't need to rent a car. However, if you do decide to rent a vehicle, parking is available on the lane where the house is situated. The house has recently been refurbished, blending modern design with traditional Maltese style. The result is a unique space, where the old and the new blend seamlessly. With exposed wooden beams and stone stairs, it exudes a charming, rustic feel. The ground floor hosts an open-plan kitchen and living area, leading onto a spacious balcony that offers breathtaking views of Balluta Bay. The kitchen is fully equipped and features a dining table that can seat up to five people. The living area is designed to provide maximum comfort and can comfortably accommodate up to five people, with a smart TV. Complimentary Wi-Fi and cable TV are also provided. Upstairs, you will find two bedrooms, each designed to ensure maximum comfort and relaxation. The main bedroom features a cosy double bed, while the spare bedroom has three single beds, which can be converted into another double bed upon request. Both bedrooms are air-conditioned, ensuring that you sleep comfortably, even during the hottest summer nights. The house has two meticulously finished bathrooms, one with a bathtub upstairs, and another one with a shower downstairs. The crowning jewel of the Hilltop House is the roof terrace, (accessible with stairs from the 3-single bedroom) which provides an ideal spot for sunbathing during the day, and a barbeque or lunch in the evening. With a seating area for six people and a gas BBQ, it is the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the stunning views of Balluta Bay. Guest access Access to all the area of the property. The whole property will be rented, the property is private and not shared with any other tenants. Other things to note Due to cleaning necessities the check-in time for the apartments is generally 3.00pm and the check-out is at 10.00am however if there are no arrivals on the same day the apartment can be kept for longer. Please not that for the weekly price the property includes basic utilities as per below: - 100KWh- for 1 bedroom apartment - 150KWh- for 2 bedroom apartment - 200KWh- for 3 bedroom/ 4-bedroom apartment - 300KWh- for villas We give the above kWh free per week with the apartment which is more than sufficient . However if the inclusive amount of KWh will be exceed, an extra charge will apply at a rate of 0. 35c per KWh. Other than that there are no other hidden expenses or charges. Also please note that when the monthly rate is selected, the price is NOT inclusive of any utilities. Those would be paid for as much as one consumes. Water is charged at a flat rate of 1.10c per day while electricity it is charged at 35c per kWh paid as much as consumed. The payment has to be settled on check in. Cleaning of the property prior the arrival and after departure is included in the price. Any extra cleaning during accommodation will incur extra charges. Two sets of towels per person and one set of linen per bed is also provided by us, then it is up to one's discrepancy to wash them as much often as desired. Apartment also available for long term booking of 6 months period maximum with a monthly rate, in such case utilities will not be included in the rate. Please do ask for quote should you be interested Please note that the rental price does not include the Environmental Contribution tax, introduced on June 2016 amounting to €0.50c per night up to a maximum of €5 for each continuous stay in the Maltese Islands. This applies for 18-year-old and older.
