Ideally located, the minimum rental is 4 nights outside school holidays and outside high season (May 30 to September 30) and one week from Saturday to Saturday outside these periods. For 4 days outside of high season the minimum price is €1800. The space 6 bedrooms including a dormitory that can accommodate up to 9 people, 4 bathrooms and 5 toilets / TV with BLU-RAY DVD player and home cinema with BOSE HOME VIDEO / Ping pong table... More than 150 m² of tiled terraces and 250 m² of synthetic lawn, barbecue table with in addition a comfortable independent studio fully equipped and air-conditioned... everything is designed to allow you to spend an ideal vacation with family or friends. Exceptionally and optionally, the ground floor of the villa with gym and evenings and 2 additional double beds can be made available. Guest access Access is possible by boat through the port of ILE ROUSSE 4 km away, but also through CALVI airport 20 km away or the port of CALVI. An SNCF train station is also very convenient on ILE ROUSSE, 4 KM from the VILLA. Otherwise from BASTIA airport 80 km or the port of BASTIA 100 km. Other things to note The minimum rental is 4 nights outside school holidays and outside high season (May 15 to September 30) and one week from Saturday to Saturday for school holidays and high season (May 15 to September 30). The prices displayed are for up to 12 people and an amount of €40/night and per additional person (up to 16 people) is to be added.
