This 1 BR apartment is set in the nearby town of St. Julian’s in a quiet neighborhood and has a communal shared indoor pool, cable TV, WI-FI, AC (coin meter), modern furnishings, kitchenette and a bathroom. *Located on the lower ground floor. *Shared indoor pool & Jacuzzi is available until Oct 12, 2025 and will be closed onwards. Standard pool temperature of 27 degrees as per Malta Law. *The air conditioning for cooling and heating is coin-operated (1€, approx. 100 minutes) The space IMPORTANT NOTE: * Small yard/patio for additional ventilation since there are no windows in this unit. * Air conditioning in the bedroom and ceiling fan in the living room. Other things to note ** Air conditioning is charged separately in some Airbnb properties in Malta ** 1. Air conditioning is pay-per-use (by coin meter) to prevent excessive energy consumption, as Malta’s warm climate can lead to high electricity usage. This system ensures fair pricing while encouraging sustainability. Air conditioning (cooling/heating) - 1€ for approximately 100 minutes 2. The units are located on the lower ground floor. Some units do not have windows and may have a patio/small yard for additional ventilation. 3. We are a Self-Catering/Self-Service Unit. No daily cleaning and no daily change of towels.
