Just 4 miles from Hereford city, in the friendly village of Sutton St Nicholas. A bright, clean and restful room, in a quiet cottage style home with Bed and Breakfast. The space The room is a clean, cosy space without wardrobe, storage, Freeview TV, free wifi and fresh bed linen/towels. The bathroom is a well designed, shared space with modern facilities and toiletries for guests.a Guest access As well as your own private room, feel free to use other shared spaces; the family kitchen, the living room with Freeview TV, Private Garden with BBQ and Firepit. During your stay I will be around to welcome you to your room and to settle in and will have breakfast ready for you each morning. Other things to note We ask our guests to arrive between 1pm and 7pm on their day of arrival. However, we understand that sometimes this is not possible, in which case, just let us know so we can ensure someone is here to greet you. Also, I have a friendly but relaxed black labrador who can be kept out of your way if necessary. We do not have accommodation for pets
