Comfortable beach home located in the well-kept Pirate Beach Subdivision. From the deck, you can feel the cool coastal breezes and take in the gorgeous view of the Gulf of Mexico. Sunbathe, swim, or just enjoy the sand and water. You are in the first block, and the beach is just four houses down. You can rinse the sand off in the outdoor shower plus there is a half bath located at the ground level in the laundry room. Also, on the ground floor, there is a patio area with chairs and a barbeque grill. An open concept—kitchen, living and dining area with large breakfast bar—are located on the first floor with three bedrooms (2 queen beds and 2 twin beds) along with two full baths. The kitchen is equipped with dishes, pots/pans, and small appliances as well as dishcloths and dish towels. Sheets and towels are provided for bedrooms and baths to accommodate six guests. The futon in the living area is available for additional guests if needed.
