Close to the A28, you will be 25 minutes from Rouen, in the center of the Jardins de Seine Maritime and 50 minutes from the sea. Eliane and Philippe offer two bedrooms, a shower room and a separate toilet for the two bedrooms, all on the 1st floor, private for you. The overnight stay includes a continental breakfast. The space The 15 and 18 m2 bedrooms are equipped with queen size beds (160×200). A 70 x 190 extra bed is available for a child. Guest access Guests have the entire floor (bedrooms, bathroom, toilet and living room on the landing). Access is through the guest lounge, it's a real Beds and Breakfast and not a "private" apartment as some expected to find! Other things to note The price for 2 guests includes one bedroom, if you wish to have 2 bedrooms, an additional 35 euros will be paid on site.
