It accommodates up to 5 guests. The apartment features: -3 bedrooms with large wardrobes (1 double bed, 2 single beds, 1 sofa bed in the living room) -Open-plan living room and kitchen -Bathroom with bathtub and washing machine -Large balcony with pool view – perfect for coffee or meals -Air conditioning in the master bedroom -Fully equipped kitchen (kettle, toaster, sandwich maker, espresso machine, etc.) -Private swimming pool -BBQ area – ideal for family or friends gatherings Guest access The courtyard of the property includes a shared entrance area with a front yard and a garage, as well as the private outdoor space of the apartment, which features the swimming pool, BBQ area, and a surrounding garden. Inside the fenced garage area, you'll find our two beloved dogs. This area is off-limits to guests for safety and privacy reasons. Access to the pool may occasionally be shared with the owner’s family or the tenants of the upstairs apartment (a quiet Greek couple who work nearby), but this happens rarely and only for short periods, ensuring your privacy and relaxation during your stay.
