Era Sarreta is an exclusive property located in Betren, a few metres from the capital of the Aran Valley. The house has been completely refurbished in 2018 with quality finishes and mountain decoration. The space Distribution With capacity for 9 people with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, Casa Era Sarreta is distributed over 4 floors and a private garage for one car. The independent entrance leads to the living room, an open-plan space with a fireplace and large windows with views of the mountains and the Garonne river. Through the living room, a small staircase leads to the fully equipped kitchen. On the second and third floors we access the sleeping area with 4 double en-suite bedrooms, each with a full bathroom with shower. The attic area is completed with two single beds. On the upper floor, with sloping wooden ceilings, there is a second living area, equipped with sofas and TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime Video and Playstation with games. For your family's comfort: high-quality towels, "bath blanket" size for your showers, white duvet covers always on all our beds. - At the time of access we will have a small cleaning kit (cloth, scouring pad, dishwasher) and another toilet kit (small shampoo, gel and soap bar), a roll of toilet paper per bathroom. You will NOT FIND any other cleaning or toiletries in the house. Nor will you find food unless you request it, in which case we will give you the instructions to make the purchase online at our partner supermarket (COMPLEMENTARY SERVICE PRICE) and we will leave it in your apartment's refrigerator. Other things to note - If you're traveling with babies up to 2 years old, please note the following: we have a travel crib with bedding and a towel. The first crib is always free, YOU MUST REQUEST IT AT LEAST 72 HOURS BEFORE THE TRIP.
