Villa Occitane welcomes you

Want to find a place to stay between Toulouse and Albi? Come and put your suitcases at Villa Occitane and relax by the pool! Located in the garden of our main residence, the house (40 m2) is independent and air-conditioned. You have access to our garden and pool (Shared with us: no privatization possible. Open from 9:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., from May to the end of September approximately). Secure parking, 5-minute access to the A68 (Toulouse 20 minutes, Albi 30 minutes). The space The house is 40 m2. It has two rooms: one bedroom with double bed, and a living room with sofa bed (sleeps 2 people). There is also a bathroom-toilet and an equipped kitchenette. The house is air-conditioned and has electric heating. Between the house and the fruit trees (apple and fig) a private terrace with table and chairs is at your disposal. Guest access You can park on our fenced property, in the immediate vicinity of the Occitan villa. Other things to note * The rental of the Villa Occitane does not include breakfast. However, you will find tea, coffee, sugar and some sweets available on site. * We do not accept parties and ceremonies. * The pool cannot be privatized. It is shared with us and our children. * If children under 12: contact us before booking (pool precautions). * Bed linen and towels are provided.
