Sunny Terrace, Wonderful Views, AC and 2 New Pools

Top Floor Duplex, partially renovated Dec 2025 (new bathrooms, new upstairs window) when we also added a second boiler for more comfort. Wonderful terrace with fabulous views of pools and sea. The space Very nice and sunny top floor apartment in a newly refurbished (2024) residential complex. The apartment is about 69 sq. mt. plus a very sunny terrace with great sea & pool views. We can host a maximum of 4 adults. Two new AC units installed June 2024, one in each bedrooms. Both bathrooms totally renovated in May 2025 with new showers and a second boiler for hot water in the upstairs one. We have a nice fully equipped kitchen with a new Air Fryer, Nespresso style coffee machine, Microwave and electric stove. Upstairs bedroom has a pair of twin beds that can be made up together upon request. A new window with great views of pool and sea makes it extremely luminous! Full bathroom is ensuite. Free unlimited WiFi Large Smart TV with channels from all over the world! Furnished terrace with wonderful views of the pool and sea, great dawns and sunsets.... Gated community with free parking inside. Both pools are heated (as common in 95% of resorts in Lanzarote) using solar panels, so can be on the cool side during winter. Within easy walking distance is wonderful Los Charcos beach, and also a shopping area close to the Aquarium where you can find restaurants shops and a nice supermarket. It's a good, quiet and well-connected place for holidays. Guest access There are two heated communal pools. The Big Pool has just been completed, open since June 29th 2022! The poolside Bar & Restaurant has also been renovated and is now open! Other things to note Our communal heated outdoor pools are perfectly suitable for children and adults.
