My place is in Somerset West close to the Stellenbosch wine route and only 7 min. drive from Somerset Mall and the safe, sandy Strand beach. We have great restaurants all within a short drive and you’ll love the quiet neighborhood. My flatlet has good security and is situated on the side of the house with it's own separate entrance, TV & DSTV, Netflix and uncapped Wifi. Separate kitchen and outside shaded seating area. My place is good for couples, adventurers and business travelers. The space Our one bedroomed self contained flatlet has recently been renovated and is situated on the side of the main house with a private separate entrance. The flatlet has a kitchenette with Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, kettle, bar fridge, toaster, two plate hob, electric frying pan and kitchen sink. Utensils ( plates, cups, cutlery, etc.) are also provided. There is a shaded outside terrace with barbecue, 2 x two seater benches, table and umbrella. The bedroom is connected to the kitchenette by a small corridor and features a lovely new queen sized bed, cupboard with hanging space as well as shelves, flat screen TV with DSTV full package +Netflix and tiled shower and basin. There is also a storage space for a bike, luggage, sports equipment, etc. The outside seating area has a barbecue for your use and smoking is allowed here. Guest access We provide safe off road parking and the flatlet is situated on the side of the house and guests can park close to the private entrance, inside the propery gate.There is also space to park a trailer on site. There is a windy dryer in the back garden that guests may use. The entire property features state of the art security. Other things to note For long staying guests the flatlet will be cleaned and linen replaced every 7 days.
