The platypus, other waterlife and birdlife are visible from the breakfast / cocktail bar as well as from the bathtub or outdoor shower. The biggest decision you will need to make is which vantage point to enjoy. There is the stunning fireplace that flows from inside out to the deck, also able to be enjoyed from the bathtub. *PLEASE NOTE: The service fee is imposed and received 100% by Air BnB, not host. The space Set on 3.2 acres, this beautiful retreat was purpose built in 2020. Once you enter the Cubby, you have complete privacy... except for the active birdlife, platypus, turtles and water dragons. You may even be fortunate enough to have a visit from a sugar glider or Lumholtz Tree Kangaroo.. It is totally indoor / outdoor living, with the the whole front of the cabin opening up. There is an indoor and outdoor shower as well as a beautiful bathtub for 2 on the deck. The gas fireplace is unique...you can see through it from the inside out to the rainforest and water. ***Perfect for engagement, marriage ceremonies or babymoon (there have been a few conceptions as well). It is fully equipped with everything you could ask for. Enjoy the sounds of the Magpie Geese and abundant birdlife. Spotting the platypus multiple times in a day is practically guaranteed... subject to the time of year. View the best of the Milky Way beside the fireplace by the lake. Please note...firewood is not provided, but is available in the local area. Believe it or not MOSQUITOES ARE RARE!!!!!! BONUS!!!!!
